At DeLoca, every item is created with care and crafted especially for you. Because of the personalised and hygiene‑sensitive nature of these products, I am unable to accept returns or exchanges once an order has been placed.

This includes, but is not limited to:

  • Personalised items made to your specifications
  • Hygiene‑related products that cannot be resold once opened or handled

This policy helps us ensure the highest standards of safety, cleanliness, and product integrity for all DeLoca customers.

Fault, incorrect, or damaged items
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact me immediately (within 7 days) if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item.  To initiate a return / exchange, please email delocadesigns@gmail.com so that we can discuss the issue and agree how best to make it right.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You may be asked to provide photo's of the item(s) and/or packaging.

If your request to return is accepted, you'll be sent a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back without first requesting a return will not be accepted. 

Refunds
I will notify you once your returned item has been received and inspected. If eligible, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
